Job summary

Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a 128-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with shift differentials and a same-day pay option. A $1,500 sign-on bonus for FT after 90 days is available, with a range of $19.50–$24.00 per hour for all shifts. Join a dedicated team committed to dignity and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide supportive care to meet physical, emotional, and daily needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
