Job summary

Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, with a 3 PM - 11 PM shift option and competitive wages.

Join a 128-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility designed to feel like home. We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus for FT after 90 days and various shift differentials, plus same-day pay options and a supportive work environment focused on dignity and quality

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Range: $19.50/hr. - $24.00/hr. an hour (all inclusive)
