Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Delaware is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support seniors and people with disabilities in their own homes. The role offers flexible hours, immediate work after orientation, and the potential to work up to 30 hours per week.

You will follow care plans, assist with personal care, and contribute to a collaborative health care team. New graduates may apply; 18+, background check and drug test required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or one year experience of in-home care services.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
• Provide routine house cleaning
• As part of the client's Health Care Team, a CNA must observe and report any changes in client's condition
• Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider
