Job summary

Addus HomeCare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support clients across Delaware. The position offers flexible hours, up to 30 hours or more weekly, with immediate work after orientation and weekly pay. Benefits include daily pay options, travel time and mileage pay, vacation pay, and 401k options.

We welcome newly graduated CNAs and prioritize employee wellbeing. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED (or one year of in-home care), and be able to pass a background check

Qualifications

• CNA certification or eligibility in Delaware.
• Experience in home care or personal care preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Follow care/service plan and report progress.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Provide routine household cleaning as needed.
• Observe patient changes and communicate with health team.
• Promote Addus HomeCare's positive community image.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
• Provide routine house cleaning
• As part of the client's Health Care Team, a CNA must observe and report any changes in client's condition
• Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED or one year experience of in-home care services
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
