Job summary

Immaculate Homecare Services is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home care, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent. You will perform ADLs, transfers, meal support, medication reminders, companionship, and transportation assistance.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Previous caregiving/home care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance.
• Assist clients with ADLs, transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and ROM exercises.
• Prepare meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administered medications.
• Offer companionship through conversation, games, reading, and memory-enhancing activities.
• Escort clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and household organization.
• Assist with plant care and occasional pet care as needed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Care Manager.
• Complete accurate documentation at the end of each shift.

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance, including:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care
• Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises
• Prepare meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding when appropriate
• Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administered, pre-organized medications
• Offer companionship through conversation, games, reading, and memory-enhancing activities
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and household organization
• Assist with plant care and occasional pet care as needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Care Manager
• Complete accurate documentation at the end of each shift

Days: Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat,

Pay: $22/hr
