Job summary

Right at Home Montgomery is urgently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes. CNAs can choose shifts that fit their lives, including weekend options and flexible part-time schedules.

Earn $13–$15 per hour with weekly pay and a daily pay option through TapCheck, plus benefits like health and dental insurance, paid training, and advancement opportunities in a supportive home-care setting.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Providing mobility and transfer assistance.
• Helping with toileting and other ADLs.
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Transportation, errands, and appointments.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition.
