Job summary

Right at Home is seeking Licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Fairhope, AL to provide in-home support that keeps clients safe and comfortable. You will build meaningful connections with clients while delivering compassionate care in their own homes.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($13–$15), weekly pay, flexible scheduling, paid training, health insurance, and a supportive team culture focused on respect and appreciation in a home-care setting.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• HS Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willing to provide personal care
• Some caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping and emotional support
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed
