Job summary

Mt Holly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for multiple shifts. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available with 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM schedules.

Earn $19.50–$24 per hour all-inclusive, with $1.50 evening diff, $1 night diff, $2 weekend diff, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for FT. On-site in New Jersey, with tuition reimbursement and benefits listed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current NJ CNA license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under licensed nursing staff supervision.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment promoting dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team to deliver high-quality care.

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
