Job summary

Scottish-Pines-Rehabilitation- seeks compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care team. The role requires an unencumbered CNA certification and strong teamwork skills to support residents and staff in a busy facility.

Two years of LT care experience preferred; familiarity with PointClickCare EMR is a plus. We offer a range of benefits and a structured weekend rotation, with flexible hours to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a Long Term Care environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable using Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA care to residents in long-term care with compassion and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate records and input data in EMR (PointClickCare) as required.
• Organize and prioritize multiple priorities and shifts; adapt to flexible hours.
• Work cooperatively as a member of a team to ensure quality resident care.
