Job summary

Century Care Management Inc seeks compassionate nursing staff with a valid CNA certificate to join its long-term care team on site in North Carolina. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in LTC, are detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities while supporting staff and residents.

Experience with PointClickCare or other EMR systems is a plus; strong communication, organization, and computer skills are essential. A valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered CNA certification is required.
• Two years’ experience in a Long Term Care environment preferred.
• Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software; PointClickCare a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to organize and prioritize.
• Accurate, concise and detail oriented.
• Team player with comfort using computers (Windows, MS Office).
• Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation.
