Allure of Peru in Peru, Illinois, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for part-time and PRN shifts. You will provide direct resident care, support activities of daily living, and work closely with nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety for each resident.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Protect resident privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Follow all company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.

Position Summary
