Job summary

Allure of Peru in Peru, Illinois is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities under the supervision of our nursing staff. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois CNA certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding.
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs; Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Protect resident privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow all company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.

Position Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living, ensuring the health, safety, dignity, and comfort of every resident. You'll work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of care and compassion.
