Allure of Peru is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Peru, Illinois. As a CNA, you'll provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living, ensuring health, safety, dignity, and comfort for our residents.

Qualifications

• Illinois CNA certification required (active, unrestricted).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding.
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Protect resident privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Follow all company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.

Position Summary
