Job summary

HumanGood, the largest nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in California and one of the largest in the country, seeks Certified Nursing Assistants. You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, assist residents to maximize independence, and provide exemplary care across basic needs, ADLs, and recreational activities, while helping create a safe environment.

Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; Compensation: $21.00–$25.00 (DOE).

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification or enrollment in CNA program.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and basic needs.
• Help residents maximize independence and participation in daily activities and recreation.
• Provide exemplary care and help create a safe environment for residents.

Job description

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Shift: 7:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 (DOE)

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in program
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
