Job summary

HumanGood is hiring a Personal Care Attendant / CNA for a 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift. The position pays $19–$21 per hour and is based at our Spring Mill Pointe community. You will support residents with daily living activities and foster independence in a caring environment.

Requirements include a CNA certificate or enrollment in a CNA program. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Our Personal Care Attendants/Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You would develop awareness of residents' interests and needs and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities.
