We seek a detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Home Care team, assisting clients with personal cares, safety, and daily living activities while supporting independence and dignity.

Ideal candidates have an active CNA, are reliable, organized, and communicate well. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a WI driver's license with insurance, pass

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential.
• Experience providing personal cares.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid WI driver’s license, and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Must provide proof of auto insurance.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Follow client-specific Plans of Care and dietary guidelines.
• Prepare and serve meals according to client needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities.
• Perform basic housekeeping, errands, shopping, and transportation as needed.
• Respond promptly and competently in emergency situations.
• Notify supervisor of changes in client behavior or health.
