Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role located in Chandler, OK. The CNA provides direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ condition, accurately documenting care, and supporting licensed nursing staff with clinical and non-clinical tasks. The CNA helps maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment, promotes residents’ comfort and dignity, and participates in care plan implementation and team meetings as needed. This role also involves effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues to support coordinated, high-quality long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Oklahoma and compliance with all relevant licensing requirements.


• Demonstrated skills in resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living, mobility support, and basic vital sign monitoring.


• Ability to follow care plans, adhere to infection control and safety protocols, and maintain accurate and timely documentation.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact respectfully with residents, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.


• Capacity to work effectively in a long-term care environment, including time management, reliability, and teamwork under changing conditions.

• Basic computer literacy for electronic health record use; prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is preferred.
