Job summary

Bonvera Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for Chandler Healthcare Center in Chandler, OK. The CNA will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support mobility within a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help patients with eating and drinking as needed.
• Transfer and reposition patients safely using proper lifting techniques.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration).
• Observe and report changes in patients' condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Keep patient rooms clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Assist with feeding, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
