Novant Health is seeking a Nurse Aide I to aid residents with daily living activities and to help maintain a safe, clean environment under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities include assisting in Assisted Living units, documenting observations, and reporting any changes to the Charge Nurse. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, NAI completion, NA I registry, and medication safety training, with 1 year in long-term care preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year experience preferred; one year in long-term care or assisted living required.
• Completion of NAI program and NA I registration.
• Medication Safety - AME required.
• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintains a safe, clean environment under RN supervision.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living in Assisted Living units as scheduled and reports changes to the Charge Nurse.
