Elara Caring is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide to support in-home patient care across assigned locations. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assisting with daily activities, mobility, and routine vital signs.

The role requires CNA or Home Health Aide certification, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable transportation to travel between patient homes. Join a dedicated team delivering compassionate care in patients’ homes.

Formación

• Current State Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Aide certification.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on personal care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily activities.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure).
• Help patients safely walk, transfer, and use mobility equipment.
• Follow each patient’s individualized care plan and monitor for changes.
• Report changes to the care team; maintain patient privacy and documentation.
• Assist with safe home environment and infection control guidelines.
• Ensure medications are taken as directed and assist with reminders.
