Allure of Stockton is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans, physician orders, facility policies, and state/federal regulations.

You will assist with ADLs, transfers, vital signs, documentation, and meal support while maintaining HIPAA privacy and a respectful, team-oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted Illinois CNA certification
• CPR certification
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, positioning, and ROM exercises
• Measure and record vital signs, weights, intake and output
• Observe and report changes to the licensed nurse
• Respond to call lights with compassion and professionalism
• Support meal service and hydration programs
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized resident environment
• Follow infection control procedures and proper PPE use
• Document care provided accurately
• Protect resident privacy and HIPAA compliance
• Promote resident rights and report concerns of abuse or safety issues
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication and required in-services

Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans, physician orders, facility policies, and state and federal regulations. As a CNA at Allure of Stockton, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents to maintain their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and feeding

• Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises

• Measure and record vital signs, weights, intake and output as assigned

• Observe and promptly report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse

• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs with compassion and professionalism

• Support meal service and hydration programs

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment

• Follow infection control procedures and proper PPE use

• Accurately document care provided

• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA

• Promote resident rights and immediately report concerns of abuse, neglect, or safety issues

• Participate in interdisciplinary communication and required in-services

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Illinois CNA certification

• CPR certification

• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills

• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or assist residents (up to 50 lbs. or more with assistance)

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching

• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations

• Ability to work in a healthcare setting with potential exposure to infectious diseases
