Job summary

Allure of Stockton in Stockton, Illinois is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our nursing team for an every-other-weekend night schedule. You will participate in resident care under facility standards and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, developing care plans, administering medications, coordinating admissions and discharges, and communicating changes to the care team and families.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification preferred (not required).
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

• Direct, support, and mentor CNAs on your team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated nursing team at Allure of Stockton. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will participate in the delivery of patient care in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders. This role includes overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure the highest quality of care is provided in a supportive, resident-focused setting.

Position Details

• Location: Stockton, Illinois

• Pay Range: $32 - $40 per hour

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

• Shift Information: Night Shift, 12-hour shifts every other weekend, with open hours from 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM
