Allure of Walnut is actively seeking compassionate CNAs to join our caring team in Walnut, IL. We offer full-time and part-time positions with a second shift of 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM and a $20.00 per hour rate. A $3,000 sign-on bonus (full-time) or $1,500 (part-time) enhances the opportunity to grow with us.

As a CNA, you will support residents with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and monitoring, while maintaining dignity and privacy. Join a team that values residents and staff alike.

Formación

• Current CNA certification meeting Illinois state requirements.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Compassion, patience, dependability, and a genuine desire to care for others.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide meals, feeding, and hydration help.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, positioning.
• Monitor vital signs, weights, intake and output.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests.
• Observe changes and report to nursing team.
• Document care and required records.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Follow policies and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Allure of Walnut, you will play an important role in promoting the health, safety, comfort, and dignity of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.

• Providing assistance with meals, feeding, and hydration.

• Helping residents with ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning.

• Monitoring vital signs, weights, intake and output, and other assigned measurements.

• Responding promptly to call lights and resident requests.

• Observing residents for changes in condition and reporting concerns to the nursing team.

• Accurately documenting care and completing required records.

• Protecting resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.

• Following company policies, professional standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.

• Participating in ongoing education and training.

• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification meeting Illinois state requirements.

• Current CPR certification required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, with assistance and appropriate equipment as required by facility policy.

• Sufficient visual and auditory abilities to perform essential job duties and communicate effectively.

• Ability to work in a healthcare environment with a moderate noise level.
