Job summary

Grand Prairie of Macomb is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan, assist with Activities of Daily Living, and promote independence while maintaining dignity.

You will report health changes to the clinical team, connect with residents and their families in a caring way, participate in ongoing education and staff meetings, and comply with confidentiality requirements while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities
