Job summary

Gardant-Management-Solution in O'Fallon, IL seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care according to each resident’s plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.

You will report health changes to the clinical team, engage with residents and families, and participate in ongoing training and staff meetings. This role emphasizes confidentiality and compassionate care, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
