Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Manteno, IL seeks a dedicated CNA to provide individualized care per care plans and assist with ADLs, promoting independence and dignity. You will report health changes to the clinical team and engage with residents and families warmly.

Responsibilities include continuous learning participation, confidentiality compliance, and performing additional duties as assigned. Must hold a valid CNA certification and High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per resident care plans.
• Provide ADL assistance while promoting independence and dignity.
