Gardant-Management-Solution in Rockford, IL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personalized, compassionate care. You will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, monitor health changes with the clinical team, and promote independence while preserving dignity.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
