Job summary

White Oaks at Spring Street is seeking a dedicated CNA to deliver individualized care according to each resident's plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living while promoting independence and dignity, ensuring confidential and respectful interactions with residents and families.

You will report health changes to the clinical team and participate in ongoing educational sessions to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care as per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families to create a positive experience.
