Montclare-Supportive-Living in Chicago, IL seeks a caring Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized care per each resident's plan. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and report health changes to the clinical team with accuracy and compassion.

Engagement with residents and families is encouraged to create a positive, lasting experience. You will participate in ongoing education, staff meetings, and learning opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to provide care with love, compassion and dignity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• High school graduate or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care according to each resident’s care plan.
