Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring CNAs to deliver individualized care according to each resident’s plan. You will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and report health changes to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Participate in ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
