Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated CNA to join its caregiving team at Brookstone Estates of Rantoul in Rantoul, IL. This Full Time, 3rd shift role provides compassionate daily resident care aligned with individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, communicating with residents and families, reporting health changes to the clinical team, and upholding privacy standards. Ideal candidates have CNA certification, a HS diploma or GED, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification from an accredited program.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
