Job summary

Bardwell Residences in Aurora, IL, seeks a Full Time CNA for 3rd shift to deliver individualized care per each resident's plan. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and report changes to the clinical team, while engaging empathetically with residents and families.

Qualifications include a current CNA certificate and a High School diploma or GED, plus excellent communication and compassionate care. Training and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
