Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant at Heritage Woods of Sterling in Sterling, IL. The role requires a CNA certificate, a high school diploma or GED, and exemplary communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, following care plans, and maintaining resident dignity. You will report health changes to the clinical team and participate in ongoing education and team meetings. Benefits support work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
