Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Canton, IL is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care to residents in our Heritage Woods of Canton setting.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health changes with the care team, and support residents with dignity and respect during the 2nd shift, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Details: Job Location: Heritage Woods of Canton - Canton, IL 61520, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.50 Hourly, Job Shift: 2nd shift
