Reflections Retirement Community in Belvidere, IL is seeking a dedicated CNA for Heritage Woods of Belvidere. This full-time, 2nd shift position offers hourly pay between $17.25 and $18.25 and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will deliver individualized resident care, assist with daily living activities, and report health changes to the clinical team while upholding dignity and compassion.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
