Gardant Management Solutions seeks a dedicated CNA to provide individualized resident care based on each care plan. You will assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity, and report health changes to the clinical team. Engage with residents and families compassionately and participate in ongoing education and staff meetings.

• High School diploma or GED required.
