Gardant Management Solutions is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide personalized resident care on site. You will assist with activities of daily living and health monitoring while promoting independence and dignity for every resident.

You will partner with the clinical team to report health changes promptly, engage with residents and families, and participate in ongoing professional development. Commitment to confidentiality and respectful service is essential.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from an accredited program required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per each resident's care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate and impactful manner.
