Job summary

Paycom - ATS at Brookstone Estates of Tuscola, IL is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide resident care on-site. You will perform ADL assistance, follow individualized care plans, and uphold residents' dignity and independence.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication with residents and families, adherence to privacy rules, and ongoing professional development in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity

Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.50Hourly
