Job summary

Paycom is seeking a dedicated CNA to join Green Oaks of Park Forest in Park Forest, IL. The role focuses on delivering person-centered care according to each resident’s plan and supporting daily living activities with dignity.

As part of a care team, you will report health changes, engage residents and families compassionately, and participate in ongoing education and training. Benefits include comprehensive programs and a biweekly 401(k) match for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
