Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community is seeking a CNA for the Green Oaks of Park Forest facility in Park Forest, IL. This full-time role is on the 2nd shift, with pay ranging from $17.00 to $17.50 per hour.

The CNA will deliver individualized care, assist with ADLs, and report changes to the clinical team while upholding dignity and compassion in all resident interactions. Responsibilities include engaging residents and families, pursuing ongoing learning, and ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care per resident's care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate manner.
• Attend educational seminars and staff meetings for ongoing learning.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences

Qualifications:
