Job summary

Glasswater Creek of Plainfield in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver individualized care following each resident’s care plan.

You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, promote independence and dignity, and report health changes to the clinical team. Opportunities for learning, teamwork, and compassionate patient interaction are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities
