Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized resident care per care plans, assisting with ADLs and promoting independence and dignity.

You will report health status changes to the clinical team and engage with residents and families in a compassionate, supportive manner while participating in ongoing learning opportunities and team meetings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned
