Job summary

Village At Morse Farm in Carlinville, IL is seeking a Full Time CNA to provide resident care. The role requires a CNA certification and a high school diploma or GED, with emphasis on compassionate, dignified interactions and clear communication with residents and families.

The caregiver will follow care plans, assist with ADLs, report health changes to the clinical team, and participate in ongoing training and staff meetings. This position is on first shift with a hourly pay rate of $18.00.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
