Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Jessup Correctional Institution in Jessup, Maryland. The role involves direct patient care for incarcerated individuals under the supervision of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff.

You will assist with hygiene, daily living activities, and vital signs while meeting Maryland CNA requirements. CPR/BLS certification is required, along with a High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification Maryland required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Training/experience as nurse’s aide, medical technician or mental health worker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to incarcerated individuals under supervision of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff.
• Assist patients with hygiene and daily living activities.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
