Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a per-diem home health position serving adult and geriatric clients across York County, South Carolina.

As a Home Health CNA, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering CNA, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care to help clients remain at home. Must have access to reliable transportation and be on the SC Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.

Qualifications

• Must be listed on the South Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable work experience.
• Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.
• Team-oriented and values-driven.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing and grooming.
• Assist with toileting and Nail care.
• Range of motion exercises and transfers using mechanical devices.
• Oral feeding and medication assistance.
• Vital signs checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Assist with ambulation and mobility.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Certified Nurses Aide, CNA for a per-diem opportunity to complete home health visits to adult and geriatric clients located throughout York County, South Carolina.

As a Home Health CNA, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health CNA, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Certified Nurse Aide must:

• Must be listed on the South Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.

• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements
