Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for per-diem home health visits in Warren and Vance counties, NC. Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience in home health or related field.
• Must be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Light housekeeping and home management tasks.
• Range of motion exercises and safe transfers.
• Vital sign checks and medication assistance as directed.
• Support with ambulation and mobility.
• Document care provided and communicate with team.

A Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide must:

• Have at least one year of work experience

• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides / CNA - Certified Nurse Aide :
