Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in York County, South Carolina seeks an experienced Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a per-diem opportunity to perform home health visits with adult and geriatric clients.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide CNA, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care while delivering compassionate, client‑centered services. Must have SC CNA registry active, 1 year of verifiable experience, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must have active South Carolina Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities of daily living and personal care.
• Light housekeeping and grooming.
• Bathing and toileting assistance.
• Nail care and ROM/exercises.
• Transfers and use of mobility devices.
• Oral feeding and medication assistance.
• Vital signs checks and monitoring.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced CertifiedNurses Aide, CNAfor aper-diemopportunity to complete home healthvisits to adult and geriatric clients located throughout York County, South Carolina.

As a Home Health CNA, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health CNA, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Certified Nurse Aide must:

• Must be listed on the South Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.


• Must have at least 1 year verifiable work experience.


• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English


• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination


• Have a criminal background check completed


• Meet all state requirements
