Job summary

We Care For You Senior Services in Southbury, CT seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. You will support seniors with daily activities and provide respectful, person-centered care in a welcoming residential setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring vital signs, aiding mobility, helping with meals, documenting care, and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience in a senior care, long-term care, or home health setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist with transfers and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of care.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Genuine compassion and patience when caring for the elderly.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families through compassionate, person-centered care.
• Document care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
