Job summary

Radford Green at Sedgebrook is seeking a hospitality-focused Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. All private rooms, beautiful environment with tenure staff.

We offer 12-hour shifts (Day and Overnight) with pay between $20 and $26 per hour, based on experience, plus a shift differential after 3PM.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed an Illinois State approved nursing assistant training program.
• Registration with Illinois State registry required; prior geriatric nursing aide experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
• Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
• Transfers, transports and escorts residents as need.
• Answers signal lights promptly.
• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.

12 hour Available Shifts:

• Day: 6:30AM - 7PM
• Overnight: 7PM - 7:30PM
