Radford Green at Sedgebrook is recruiting a hospitality-focused CNA to join our team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents, supervises Care staff, and supports a private-room environment with tenure staff.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Illinois State approved CNA program.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
• Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
• Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed.
• Answers signal lights promptly.
• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.

Title: Certified Nurse Assistant

Work Status: Non-Exempt, FT

Rate of Pay: $20 - 26, depending on experience

Work Hours: Night Shifts Available, 12-hour shift (7PM - 7:30AM)

Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour
